________________________________________ ________________________________________ ____ I put this as digital art instead of traditional, because even though I worked really hard on the pencil, I think that I achieved a very different effect with the digital stuff from the plain pencil. I messed with the layers a bit, but I didn't actually ink this one like I had planned. I actually used the penciled version I put up earlier. Roy and Riza are two of my favorite anime characters, and something about their relationship - particularly Riza's devotion to helping Roy at whatever the cost - really tugs at me. Anyway, the pencil done in Pentel .5, as usual, and coloring done in PS7. Possibly one of my favorite pieces of work I've ever done. -KT |
